Are Street Manager and Openreach connected yet?
External connections are not live yet. Street Manager V7 setup and proposal review foundations are available. External Street Manager and Openreach PIA connections are planned, subject to provider approval and testing. Access is included with Enterprise or available as a separately charged Business add-on. Manual streetworks records and externally supplied Safe Digs documents can be managed today.
Who is SiteSync for?
SiteSync is built for teams delivering telecoms, fibre, civils and other field operations. It connects office planning, engineers, supervisors, streetworks coordinators, commercial teams and clients.
Can engineers use SiteSync on a phone?
Yes. SiteSync provides mobile layouts for job information, task workflows and evidence capture. It can also be used on a larger screen in the office. Ask for a demonstration on the devices your team uses.
How does a new company get started?
The SiteSync team creates your company workspace and invites your first Company Admin. Once setup is complete, your Company Admin can invite users and manage their company roles. New team members join through a company invitation.
Can clients see work belonging to other clients?
Client access is scoped to the client organisation associated with their account. Clients can view their assigned information without editing it.
What does fleet management include?
Vehicles, plant, equipment and tools; asset IDs and serial numbers; service and calibration dates; vehicle MOT and insurance dates; assignments; and issue/return condition records with photos. Due and overdue alerts appear inside SiteSync.
How much does SiteSync cost?
During beta testing: Core is £5 per user per month; Business is £15 per user per month with unlimited subcontractor companies and no separate company fee; Enterprise is £250 per month including one Company Admin, then £10 per additional user, with API access included. All plans have no limit on user count. Beta prices apply only until 4 January 2027 (04/01/2027), when plans and pricing will change. Contact us to confirm applicable taxes and your onboarding terms.
