Current availability

Street Manager V7 company settings and proposal approval foundations are available; API authentication and sending remain disabled pending sandbox testing and networking confirmation. Self-service Street Manager and Openreach connections are not live. Today, teams can manage streetworks records and upload externally supplied permits and Safe Digs documents in SiteSync.

Street Manager

Permits and streetworks

Connect each company’s authorised API account for permit updates and controlled streetworks actions. Company Admins would choose manual operation or approved automation.

Connection approach

The company would connect its own provider account. Company Admins would control available automation and provider usage settings. Provider approval, supported API access and testing are required.

Openreach CP Portal / PIA

Duct and pole mapping

Review proposed cable routes, poles, structures and ducts through each company’s authorised Openreach access. Integration availability, licensing and approval remain to be confirmed.

Connection approach

The company would connect its own provider account. Company Admins would control available automation and provider usage settings. Provider approval, supported API access and testing are required.

API integration access is included with Enterprise. On Business, it is an optional recurring add-on managed by the SiteSync Owner and billed as a separate line on the same Stripe subscription invoice. Core uses manual workflows. Provider approval, supported API access and successful testing are still required. Roadmap entries are not delivery commitments or provider endorsements. Provider usage costs are separate. Any cost controls depend on the API capabilities available to that company. SiteSync subscription billing remains SiteSync Owner-only.
